To become a commercial or wholesale customer, you will need to apply for an account. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours with confirmation. At SIQURA we focus on supplying large orders to our clients, to keep our schools, workplaces, hospitals safe and free of germs.

Shipping and Frieght
We are currently shipping within Australia only.
Please note, due to the current situation in Australia our products are in high demand and we may experience some delays in stock and shipping times. We will keep in contact with your during the order process.
For most of our orders we use TNT.
Small orders under $2000 will take between 5-10 days from order placement, to pick and pack and delivery. For larger orders over $2000 we can arrange timing with you over the phone. Please help to always place your orders as early as possible to allow for any delays in materials.
Shipping prices will vary and are calculated upon purchase at the check out - based on your orders weight. Due to our 5 and 20 litre refill bottles, freight can we expensive and we are happy for you to arrange pick up from our office location, or use your own freight company to do so.
Yes, a lot of commercial companies prefer to use their own freight companies to collect their order. Please note this in your order notes upon check out. Pick up costs are free.
We hope this will never happen, as we always use reliable shipping carriers. If the shipment was booked on our behalf, we will investigate and replace your items. If the shipment was arranged on your behalf, unfortunately it is out of our control to track this booking and you will need to investigate with your carrier.
Returns and exchanges
We value your experience with SIQURA, and it is important to us that your goods arrive in perfect condition without being damaged or faulty.
In the unliking situation that your item is faulty, it may be returned to us for a refund or exchanged within 14 days or receiving your order, provided they are unopened and unused.
If the goods are faulty or were sent in error we will reimburse you the cost incurred in shipping to return the products back to us.
Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the cost incurred returning the items to us for change of mind.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns for open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
If your package is incomplete or incorrectly described we will meet our legal obligations by providing replacement product or refunding the purchase price and delivery charges.
Product may need to be returned for investigation at this point.

We will process any refunds directly back into the account in which you paid for the products. This will take between 2-4 days to process.
